The generator optimizes for the objectives you give it (area efficiency, adjacency, compliance) and has no sense of a client's actual priorities, site context beyond what you enter, or structural feasibility beyond the checks we run.

In practice, the fastest workflow we've seen is: generate several schemes, pick the one closest to what you want, then spend your time refining it rather than starting from a blank canvas. The AI removes the blank-page problem; it doesn't remove the architect.
