How AECoViz works.

1. Start a project (Floor Plan Studio)

Set the plot boundary, setbacks and building type. AECoViz proposes a room program from your brief, then generates several ranked layout schemes to start from.

2. Edit the plan

• Draw and adjust walls, rooms and openings directly on the 2D canvas, with live dimensions.
• Drag a room and its walls split and reconnect automatically.
• Use the layer panel to lock, solo/isolate or reorder layers while you work.

3. Render (Render Studio)

Open a project in Render Studio and describe what you want in plain language — materials, lighting, mood.

4. Run the studio (Studio Manager)

Studio Manager gives a single view of team workload, credit/plan usage, and an indicative studio finance summary.

5. Export

Every plan exports to JSON, SVG and PNG on every plan; DXF, PDF, glTF and OBJ on Pro; IFC and DWG on Studio.
