These terms govern your use of AECoViz, operated by Cloudbrain. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. The service

AECoViz provides AI-assisted floor plan design, rendering and studio operations tools, metered by a credit system tied to your plan. Generated content is provided as a design aid and is not a substitute for review by a licensed architect, engineer, or your local building authority.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use AECoViz to generate content that infringes others' rights or violates law.
• Don't attempt to circumvent credit limits, plan entitlements, or access controls.

4. Disclaimers

AI outputs — including compliance checks, cost estimates and renders — may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always verify before relying on them for construction, submission, or client deliverables.
