1. Who we are
AECoViz is operated by Cloudbrain, Noida, Delhi NCR, India ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through the AECoViz application and why.
2. What we collect
- Account data: email address, display name, and authentication identifiers (via Supabase Auth).
- Project content: floor plans, generated schemes, renders, and files you create or upload.
- Usage data: feature usage, credit/plan consumption, and audit logs of account and admin actions.
- Payment data: plan changes and credit top-ups are currently reviewed and applied manually by an administrator — no card or payment details are collected or stored by us.
3. Third parties
We use third-party infrastructure to run AECoViz, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage, and third-party AI model providers for scheme generation and image rendering (Anthropic and OpenRouter). These providers process the data necessary to fulfill your requests under their own terms.
4. Data retention
Project data, renders and account activity are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and project content within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact privacy@aecoviz.com to make a request.
6. Grievance officer
In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Grievance Officer for AECoViz is Vivek Bhati. Contact contact@aecoviz.com with any grievance regarding the processing of your personal data, and we will respond within the timelines required by law.
