How billing works right now
AECoViz is metered by credits, not seats: scheme generations, renders, exports and AI edits each cost a fixed number of credits, and your plan grants a monthly allowance. Every plan change or credit top-up you request in the app is reviewed and applied by an administrator before it takes effect.

Yes — request a plan change from the Billing page any time; it applies once approved.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Metered actions (scheme generation, rendering) pause until your monthly allowance resets or you top up.
Is there a free tier?

How credits work
Each plan grants a monthly credit allowance (above). Every AI action spends a fixed number of credits from that wallet — the same costs are enforced server-side, so this list can't drift from what you're actually charged.
