Collaboration without the email back-and-forth

Pinned comments, view-only share links and version snapshots keep design feedback attached to the geometry it's about.

Design feedback dies in email threads — a comment like "move the kitchen window" loses all its context the moment it's separated from the plan it refers to. Floor Plan Studio's collaboration tools keep feedback attached to the geometry instead: pinned comments and box markups sit directly on the canvas, with threads and a resolve state, so anyone opening the project later sees exactly what was flagged and where.

For reviewers who don't need (or shouldn't have) edit access, a view-only share link opens a public presentation mode — no login required — that still collects structured feedback (a rating and a comment) back into the project. And because every meaningful state is worth being able to return to, version history is built on the native .fpsx format's own snapshots: snapshot, restore, delete and a visual diff between any two versions, so "what changed since last Tuesday" has an actual answer.

Teams and workspaces round this out with real roles — owner, editor, viewer — per project, so who can change geometry versus who can only comment is explicit rather than assumed.
