A quantity takeoff derived directly from your plan's geometry, priced against an editable regional rate library — indicative, not a quote.
The Quantities panel derives a bill of quantities directly from your plan's actual geometry — wall masonry and plaster volume from wall length and the composite wall-type assembly, floor and ceiling finish area from room polygons, RCC slab volume from floor-to-floor height, and door/window counts from the openings you've placed. Nothing here is a manual takeoff; it recomputes live as you edit the plan.
Those quantities get priced against a rate library you can fully edit — switch between regional rate sets (INR/USD), or adjust individual line-item rates to match what you're actually paying this quarter. Alongside the cost estimate, the same panel produces a RERA-style area statement (carpet, built-up and super-built-up with loading), an indicative embodied-carbon estimate, and a one-click .xlsx export with one sheet per section, ready to hand to a client or contractor.
Every figure here is clearly labelled indicative. It's a fast, plan-linked first-pass estimate to catch a budget problem early — not a substitute for a quantity surveyor's detailed estimate once a design is locked.
