Every plan in Floor Plan Studio is checked live against a ruleset covering byelaws (FAR, ground coverage, setbacks, minimum room areas, ventilation, parking), egress (reachability, exit width, travel distance) and accessibility (door widths, turning circles in wet rooms). These reference India's National Building Code 2016 and generic development control regulations.
We built this to catch obvious issues early, not to replace a licensed architect's or structural engineer's sign-off.
